Engraving Most of our sterling silver and silverplate products can be engraved. We specialise in the engraving of crests, monograms, corporate logos, inscriptions, facsimile signatures and initials. ORDERING ENGRAVING ONLINE: When ordering engraving online please fill in the ‘additional info’ section which can be found in the ‘My Bag’ section towards the end of Step 3. The following details MUST be included: Product/Item which you would like engraved. What you would like engraved on the product Position (whereabouts on the item) you would like it engraved Which font you require (please see below) Please make sure it is written EXACTLY as you require (with any punctuation, capital letters etc.). e.g. Please engrave item SP50234 Plain oval Keyring with: J.G. In the centre of the keyring in Open Block. Unfortunately, engraved items cannot be exchanged. All engraving instructions must be made in writing by e-mail, fax or post as we cannot accept verbal instructions. All engraving costs will be confirmed prior to commencement of the work. Engraving charges will not show on your internet order but will be on the invoice enclosed with your order Please allow 7 to 10 days for the work to be carried out.
